Carol enjoys anything outdoors such as hiking, kayaking, and mountain biking.
Carol Gould, NP, grew up in Tennessee and moved to Georgia in 1996 where she received her undergraduate nursing degree at Kennesaw State University, graduating *cum laude *in 1998. She completed her first graduate degree in healthcare administration at Central Michigan University in 2003. In 2018, she attended South University to complete further graduate education earning her nurse practitioner degree. She began a one year externship in primary care with Dr. Ravi at Internal Medicine of Marietta in 2019. She also completed her forensic nursing certification in 2018.
Carol earned her board certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2020. She has practiced in the Marietta area, first as a nurse, then nurse practitioner for over 20 years. She also works as a sexual assault nurse examiner (SANE) at LiveSafe Resources, a local crisis center. Carol has been a certified aerobic instructor since 2014.
She has three daughters and lives in Marietta. She teaches aerobics at a local exercise facility in her spare time.
